These terms cover buying from tryelmore.com. Please read them — by placing an order you're agreeing to them. Nothing here removes your statutory rights as a consumer.
Who you're buying from

Orders
Adding something to your basket isn't an order, and our confirmation email isn't acceptance — it just tells you we've got it. The contract forms when we dispatch your order.
We may decline an order. Rare, but it happens: stock runs out, the address doesn't look right, or a price was displayed wrongly. If we decline, we refund you in full and tell you why.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the UK is free.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we're not obliged to sell at it. We'll contact you before doing anything.
Subscriptions
Where you subscribe, we charge the same amount on the same day each month and send one pouch. Cancel any time from your account or by emailing us; cancel before an order is dispatched and you won't be charged for it. We'll always email before a renewal charge.
What our products are, and are not
Elmore products are food supplements. They are not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet, a healthy lifestyle, or advice from a doctor.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a medical condition, or take prescribed medication — particularly insulin, metformin or anything else affecting blood sugar — speak to your GP before taking anything we sell.
Claims we make
Where we cite research on this site, we name the trial and describe what it actually found, including where it found nothing. We try hard not to overstate it. If you think we've got something wrong, email us and tell us — we'd rather fix it than defend it.
Returns and the guarantee
Set out on our returns page, which forms part of these terms.
Our liability
We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law won't let us exclude. Beyond that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the order.
This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Using this website
The content, images and copy on this site belong to us. Don't copy or republish them commercially without asking. Don't misuse the site or try to break it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can bring proceedings there.
